Plaintiff Aster Anderson (“Anderson”) of Garfield Heights, Ohio, brings this lawsuit against Defendants Delta Funding Corporation (“Delta”) of Woodbury, New York, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (“Countrywide”) of California and Southeast Financial Services, Inc. (“Southeast”) of Ohio, in connection with a mortgage loan she procured from Delta and which Delta later transferred to Countrywide.
