ORDER GRANTING GREEN TREE’S MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY

This matter came on to be heard on the Second Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay (the “Motion”) filed by Green Tree Servicing, LLC, formerly known as Conse-co Finance Corp.-AL (“Green Tree”), in the above-referenced bankruptcy case. The Motion was filed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 4001(a) and 9014. This Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b) and 157(b). This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2).…
