This is a suit to declare a resulting trust and for an accounting. The circuit court awarded judgment against the defendant in the sum of $500.00, but held that she was the absolute owner of the real property in question. From such decree, the plaintiff appeals.

This regrettable controversy between a son and his mother arose out of the following facts. It somewhat involves the story of an Oklahoma family which, as one witness said, “milled around — backward and forward,” and finally landed in Ontario, Oregon, broke but contented.
