EDGERTON, Associate Justice.
In this workmen’s compensation1 case, the injured employee and the Deputy Commissioner appeal from a decree2 which set aside an award of compensation. The question is whether the evidence supports the finding of the Deputy Commissioner that the injury arose out of and in the course of employment.
