This is an appeal from a judgment for compensatory and punitive damages arising from an automobile accident.

The plaintiffs-appellees, Darlene Baber and Patricia Brooks, filed their complaint alleging, among other matters, that the defendant-appellant negligently caused a collision between an automobile operated by her and one occupied by the plaintiffs causing personal injury to plaintiffs with the usual claim for damages.
