Action to recover for personal injury claimed to have been caused by negligence on the part of defendant. Verdict and judgment in plaintiff’s favor, and defendant appeals from the judgment.

Defendant was a common carrier of passengers for hire, operating a bus line between Minneapolis and Mankato in this state. On December 3, 1925, plaintiff was a passenger in one of defendant’s busses, traveling from Minneapolis to Mankato.
