This is an appeal from an order of the municipal court of the city of Minneapolis denying defendant company’s alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
Plaintiff brought this action against the Holt Motor Company, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as defendant, and E. J. Taylor, one of its employes, to recover $750, the alleged value of her Durant automobile, which she claimed ivas unlawfully taken from her possession by defendants and converted by them. The action was later dismissed as to the defendant Taylor.
