Plaintiff, Dean Paul Marinelli (“Marinel-li”), commenced this action invoking this Court’s federal question jurisdiction to assert claims of disability and age discrimination against his employer, the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (“BLS” or the “Government”). The Government moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
