Plaintiff Dawn Dawson (“Dawson”) brought this action alleging employment discrimination by defendant Bumble & bumble, LLC (“Bumble” or the “Salon”) on the grounds of sex, gender, sex stereotypes, and/or sexual orientation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), Executive Law § 290 et seq., and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), N.Y.C.
