This is an action instituted in the district court of Canadian county by G. G. Brunson, defendant in error, hereinafter referred' to as plaintiff, against George A. Henshaw and G. T. Lackey, receivers for the Oklahoma Railway Company, a corporation, plaintiffs in error, 'hereinafter referred to as defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries arising from a collision between a street car operated by defendants and an automobile, driven by one Robert Knie, in which p1 aintiff was riding as a passenger.
