OPINION

SHORT, Judge.

Gregory P. Gorath brought a products liability action against the manufacturer and seller of a used paper cutter for injuries he sustained while operating the machine. After discovery was completed, the trial court entered summary judgment dis missing the seller from the case. On appeal, Gorath and the manufacturer argue that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because there are fact issues in dispute regarding appellants’ claims against the seller. We disagree and affirm.
