This cause was removed from the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, because of diversity of citizenship.

REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT

Pursuant to Rule 10(a) of the Rules of this Court, plaintiff has requested oral argument upon her objections to defendant’s interrogatories.
