The plaintiff, Antonio Lucas, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, which granted the application of the defendant, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee, for a discharge of the plaintiffs judgment lien pursuant to General Statutes § 49-51 (a) and (b). The plaintiff claims that the court (1) abused its discretion in prospectively terminating the stay of execution and (2) misapplied the controlling legal standards in discharging the plaintiffs judgment lien.
