This matter is before us on remand from our Supreme Court; First Constitution Bank v. Harbor Village Ltd. Partnership, 230 Conn. 807, 822, 646 A.2d 812 (1994); for our consideration of the plaintiff’s remaining two claims. See First Constitution Bank v. Harbor Village Ltd. Partnership, 31 Conn.
