Chadwick v. Ek

This is a consolidated appeal of two cases wherein the respective plaintiffs sought to recover damages resulting from an automobile accident alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendant husband. Defendants denied liability and affirmatively pleaded contributory negligence, which, in turn, was denied by plaintiffs. The cause of plaintiffs Chadwick was tried before a jury and resulted in a verdict in their favor.
