Plaintiff-appellant, Blake O. Brewer, appeals a decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendants-appellees, Paul A. and Barbara Brothers (“the Brotherses”).

On September 20, 1990, Brewer filed a complaint against the Brotherses alleging breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation and negligent construction in connection with the Brotherses’ sale of a residence to Brewer.
