In this action, petitioner, Berta Salceda, as the legal representative of her daughter, Maria Salceda, seeks compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to -34 (the Vaccine Act), for injuries allegedly suffered by Maria as the result of DPT and DT vaccinations administered in July and October 1982, respectively. In an April 6,1994, decision on second remand, the special master dismissed the petition under Section 11(a)(6) of the Vaccine Act.1 This action is presently before the court on petitioner’s motion for review of the…
