Berta Salceda appeals on behalf of her minor daughter, Maria Isabel Salceda, from an order of the Court of Federal Claims that affirmed the decision of a special master denying compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-l to -34 (the Vaccine Act). Salceda v. Secretary of Dep’t of Health & Human Services, 33 Fed.Cl. 164 (1995).
