The plaintiff appeals1 from a decision of the compensation review board of the workers’ compensation commission (review board) affirming the commissioner’s dismissal of his claim for lack of jurisdiction. We affirm the decision of the review board.
The facts necessary to the resolution of this appeal may be summarized as follows.
