The plaintiff, Joseph Krevis, appeals from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner (commissioner) to deny benefits to him. The plaintiff claims on appeal that the board improperly affirmed the commissioner’s decision (1) denying the plaintiffs motion for extension of time to file a motion to correct, (2) denying the plaintiff reimbursement for a certain prescription utilized to treat diabetes and (3) determining that the defendant, the city of Bridgeport, was not estopped from denying…
