The action was brought to recover damages claimed to have been suffered by the plaintiffs by reason of the alleged diversion by the defendants of certain surface storm waters from the course of their natural discharge and flow, so that they were concentrated upon the land of the plaintiffs in an unnatural manner and quantity.
