On the 28th day of September, 1927, a county attorney’s information was filed in the office of the clerk of the Mahaska County district court, charging T. E. Wilson with the crime of illegal possession of intoxicating liquor. That “information” was duly signed and verified, and contained the names of the witnesses, together with the minutes of their testimony correctly indorsed thereon. In addition to this, the. document was. properly approved by a judge of that court.
