In this action by the village of Farmington upon a supposed bond to secure the deposit of village moneys with the Farmington State Bank (now defunct and in the hands of a receiver), there were findings and an order for judgment in favor of defendants, who are' the depository and its sureties. Plaintiff appeals from the order denying its alternative motion for amended findings or a new trial.
