On September 7, 2007, the plaintiff commenced this action challenging the defendant’s, Universal Service Administrative Company (“USAC”), termination of the plaintiffs employment on the ground that the termination was based on her race and ancestry in violation of The Civil Rights Act of 1866, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (2000).
