I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Stephanie A. Gilliard, who submitted her amended complaint pro se but *265who is now represented by counsel, brings this action against the Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and other FDIC employees, alleging race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
