The evidence in this case is in sharp conflict, since O’Hara was called as a witness for plaintiff and *191cross-examined, and some of Ms testimony was unfavorable to plaintiff in important respects. Stating the evidence most favorably for plaintiff, it shows that she was in her late fifties, a mentally retarded person.and epileptic and was a ward of the state of Ohio. She, with others in a similar condition, had been placed in the home and under the care of a Mrs. MeCaskill who resided on the north side of East 15th Avenue in the city of Columbus.
