COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

Plaintiff Morris J. Peavey,. proceeding pro se, filed suit against the United States and five federal officials, asserting a variety of claims relating to Plaintiff’s military service dating back to the 1960s, as well as his discharge from the military and his efforts to obtain benefits and correct his military records in the years following his discharge.
