This case turns upon the validity of a tax deed. The district court found in favor of its validity. Three principal questions are presented on the record. It is claimed in the first place, that under the pleadings it was error to admit this deed in evidence; in the second place, that the deed was void on its face; and in the third place, that if not void on its face, it was shown to be void by the testimony aliimde.
