This was an action to set aside a tax deed and recover possession of certain real estate held by the defendants under $laim of title based on such instrument. Judgment was for plaintiff, and defendants appeal.

The facts essential to an understanding of the controversy can be briefly stated. Plaintiff, the owner of a quarter section of land in Meade county, permitted the taxes assessed against it to become delinquent and it was bid in by the county treasurer in the name of the county under authority of G.
