This was an action to compel the specific performance of two certain contracts, and also for various other kinds of relief not necessary now to mention. One of said contracts was made between the plaintiffs, Clough & Wheat, and the City of Leavenworth, and the other contract was made between the plaintiffs and the Cov/wty of Leavenworth.
