In this contract interpretation action, the plaintiff, Nipmuc Properties, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying its claim for a declaratory judgment against the defendants, PDC-E1 Paso Meriden, LLC (PDC-E1 Paso), Meriden Gas Turbines, LLC (Meriden Gas Turbines), Thomas P. Cadden, trustee of the 1998 Real Estate Trust, and the city of Meriden (Meriden), for the delivery of a lease held in escrow.
