The plaintiffs, Summitwood Development, LLC (Summitwood), and Nipmuc Properties, LLC (Nipmuc), initiated this action for damages and reformation of a sale and leaseback agreement, and they appeal from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Kenneth Roberts, Sr., Michael Armitage, Thomas Atkins, John DeTore and PDC-E1 Paso Meriden, LLC (PDC-E1 Paso).
