Opinion

KATZ, J.

The dispositive issue in this appeal is whether the trial court properly determined that an agent of the plaintiff, Maharishi School of Vedic Sciences, Inc. (Connecticut), had the authority to bind the *600plaintiff to a settlement agreement with the defendant, Connecticut Constitution Associates Limited Partnership, and a third party, General Electric Capital Corporation (General Electric). The plaintiff appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court rendered after the granting of the defendant’s motion to summarily enforce the agreement. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
