The defendants, Nicholas Cotter, Marjorie Cotter and Sound Federal Savings, 1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court determining that the plaintiff, Angela H. Schlichting, had gained title to a portion of the Cotters’ real property through adverse possession and granting a permanent injunction in favor of the plaintiff. The defendants claim that the court improperly (1) determined that the plaintiff had acquired title to the disputed parcel through adverse possession and (2) granted injunctive relief in the plaintiffs favor.
