Plaintiff Denise Kennedy, an attorney, was terminated from her employment at defendant Schoenberg, Fisher & Newman (“SF & N”), a small law firm in Chicago, Illinois. Plaintiff filed a complaint against defendants SF & N and its shareholder and partner Robert C.
