Plaintiff Martin I. Robin (“Robin”) filed charges of age, religion and disability discrimination against his former employer, Espo Engineering Corporation (“Espo”), under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U .S.C. § 12101 et seq., respectively.
