OPINION

TENNEY, District Judge.

Plaintiffs’ counsel in this case, Farm-worker Legal Services of New York (“Le gal Services”) submits this application for attorney’s fees and costs, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), in the amount of $374,149.74. 1 Defendants maintain that the fee award should be reduced for several reasons, each of which will be discussed in turn. For the reasons set forth below, Legal Services’ request for attorney’s fees is granted in the amount of $238,288.08.
