I. INTRODUCTION.
This case arises out of Plaintiffs former employment at the Kern Medical Center, an acute care teaching hospital owned and operated by the County of Kern, California. Plaintiff David F. Jadwin, D.C. (“Plaintiff’) claimed, among other things, that the County and its employees retaliated and discriminated against him in contravention of federal and state law.
