Petitioners Teamsters Local 814 Welfare Fund, Teamsters Local 814 Pension Fund, Teamsters Local 814 Annuity Fund (the “Funds”), 1 and Dennis Farrell, Stephen Mclnerney, George Daniello and James O’Mara as Trustees (“Trustees”), initiated this action against respondent Da-hill Moving and Storage Company, Inc. (“Dahill”).
