LANE, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals, adhered to on reconsideration, sustaining the rejection of claims 29, 30, 31, 38, 39 and 41-44 (hereafter referred to as the rejected claims) and dismissing the appeal as to claims 33-37 and 40 (hereafter referred to as the dismissed claims) of appellants’ application1 entitled “Method and Apparatus for Producing Carbon Black.” All of the claims involved in this appeal *1028are process claims. We affirm the decision of the board.
