after stating the facts. This record contains ninety-one pages, with twenty-two exceptions directed to every phase of the. case from the amendment of the complaint to the form of the judgment.. The ease involves not only property rights, but the conduct and character of the parties. It was contested at every point by learned and able, counsel.
