It being established by the verdict of the-jur}7', that the defendants- were deceived by the fraudulent representations of their vendors as to certain matters constituting material inducements to their purchase of the-land, out of which this action grows, and that they on their part, had used all necessary diligence and prudence, it must follow that they are entitled to relief in the premises-, unless-some error was committed in the conduct of the trial by the admission of improper testimony, the withholding of proper instructions asked for, or the rendering of such a-judgment as the law does…
