Plaintiff Jamie Urtubia (“Plaintiff’) brings this putative class and collective action against defendants B.A. Victory Corporation and Ismael Alba (“Defendants”), asserting claims pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., (“FLSA”); New York Labor Law, N.Y.
