Currently before the Court is an application by lead plaintiff Dodona I, LLC (“Lead Plaintiff’) and the certified class (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) seeking an order prohibiting Goldman, Sachs & Co., The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Peter L. Ostrem and Darryl K.
