Plaintiff-appellant Yvette Boykin sued defendants-appellees KeyCorp and Key Bank National Association (collectively, “KeyBank”) for violations of a number of federal and state statutes, including the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq. (“FHA”), after KeyBank denied her application for a home equity loan.
