The petition prayed for injunction to restrain a sale of certain real estate in the City of Amerieus, under power of sale in a security deed, on the one allegation that the deed was given only to secure any and all indebtedness of the Planters Bank of Amerieus to Frank Lanier or the Amerieus Grocery Company, and not to secure any indebtedness of C. M. Council or any other person to the Amerieus Grocery Company or any one else.
