This is an action for the recovery of money. Appellee alleged two causes of action against appellant. The first was for the unpaid balance of an indebtedness evidenced by a written memorandum executed by appellant. The second was founded on the claim of appellee that by an agreement between him and appellant the latter was to furnish all machinery, power, and seed required for the efficient operation of land owned by appellant; that appellee would conduct the farming operations and care for the livestock furnished thereon by appellant; that appellee would deliver to market for appellant…
