The questions presented are whether Gerald Schroeder was the driver of the automobile at the time of the accident, and if so whether Gordon Bauch assumed the risk of injury in the negligent management and control of the car by Gerald Schroeder. The jury found for the plaintiffs on both questions and judgment was rendered on the verdict. Appellant contends there is no credible evidence to sustain the finding of the jury on either question.
