DAVISON, Justice.
This action was filed by Bessie M. Decker et al., (plaintiffs) as property owners against the City of Ponca City and the Mayor and Commissioners thereof and Ivan King (contractor) alleging the invalidity of the creation of a special improvement district for the paving and otherwise improving of a street abutting their properties, and seeking to enjoin the levy and collection of special assessments for payment of the cost of such construction.
