This action was brought to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when she was struck by an automobile stage. Prom a verdict in her favor and judgment entered thereon, the defendants have appealed.
The principal question urged upon appeal is: Was the respondent guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law?
